Last updated 25 September 2026. These terms apply when you use Scrid or buy a digital product through the store. Read the product details and policies before paying.
Provide accurate account and contact details, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law says otherwise. We may limit access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Each product page and checkout show the selected plan, price, duration, delivery method, requirements, warranty information, and any product-specific refund terms. Review them before paying and ask support about anything unclear. An order is confirmed after we verify payment. We will contact you if a listed product cannot be supplied as described, and will offer an appropriate resolution under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
A team subscription is a shared purchase that normally becomes ready when its stated number of paid seats has joined. Scrid may, at its discretion, release access to current paid members before the team is full; early release is not guaranteed. The product page shows the current paid-seat progress and the applicable joining window. Paying for a seat does not mean access is delivered immediately. If a team does not fill in its stated window, contact support for the next steps; any refund or alternative arrangement will follow the product terms, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.
Prices are displayed before you confirm payment. Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment providers process the transaction; we rely on their confirmation before fulfilment. If a charge appears more than once or a payment succeeds without an order update, contact support with the transaction reference rather than paying again immediately.
Delivery may be automatic, supplier-fulfilled, manual, or dependent on a team filling. The estimate and instructions shown for your selected product apply. You must keep delivered credentials, keys, and links private and use them only as permitted. Contact support promptly if delivery fails, an access link expires before use, or the product differs materially from its description. Our Delivery Policy has more detail.
The product-specific terms and our Refund Policy explain how to request help or a refund. A checkout acknowledgement confirms you reviewed the information; it does not remove any consumer rights you have under applicable law. We will assess problems such as duplicate charges, non-delivery, defective access, and products materially different from their description fairly and in line with those rights.
Do not use Scrid or a purchased product for fraud, unauthorised access, harassment, unlawful resale, or activity that violates applicable law or a third-party provider's terms. Do not interfere with the store or try to access another customer's account or delivery details. We may suspend access or investigate misuse where reasonably necessary.
Use the Contact page or your order's support option for questions and complaints. We may update these terms as the store changes; the version shown here applies from its update date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already placed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
